Good news from the Turgwe Hippo Trust. Mystery has had a calf, probably in mid to late March. She has brought him/ her back to the bloat. You can enter the raffle to name the little darling, details from Karen below:

I will ask people to donate US25 or equivalent in pounds or Euro and they can choose a name for the new calf. Giving me both a female and a male name as do not yet know its sex. I will then put everyones name down as a raffle and Silas will draw the winning ticket. The person who wins will name the baby and gets to adopt it for a year. This is normally over double the price. Hope loads of people will donate. Mother is Mystery, baby born around mid to late March, saw it for the first time today. Mystery so far has had two sons, Kuchek and Zen and one daughter Dizzy.
